How do I save from Instagram?
Link your Instagram account in Profile, then send any post or reel to @orbb.app via DM. You can also mention the account in comments.
Are there usage limits?
Yes. Pro includes one shared monthly AI allowance for save analysis, Ask Orbb, Plans, Picks, and requested cloud AI processing. Free includes a small fixed monthly trial allowance. Usage varies with the processing needed; monthly and yearly Pro include the same allowance. Pro resets when your subscription renews (yearly Pro refreshes monthly on your renewal day); Free resets on the first of the month at midnight UTC. Check Settings → Usage in the latest Orbb app for used, pending, and available allowance. Basic saving and internal recovery attempts do not add to AI usage.
How much cloud storage is included?
Free includes 250 MB of cloud storage. Monthly and yearly Pro both include 5 GB. This is total storage capacity shared across your saved files, not a monthly allowance.
What is Ask Orbb?
Ask Orbb is an AI-powered tool that searches through your saved bookmarks. Just ask a question about something you’ve previously saved and it will find it for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Orbb to manage or cancel your subscription.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) and is only accessible to you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
How do I unlink Instagram?
Go to Profile > Settings > Unlink Instagram. You should also remove access through Instagram’s app settings.
