How do I save bookmarks from Instagram?
Link your Instagram account in the Profile tab, then send any post, reel, or link to @orbb.app on Instagram. You can also mention @orbb.app in comments to save posts.
What's the daily save limit?
Free users can save up to 20 bookmarks per day. Premium subscribers get unlimited saves.
How does Ask Orbb work?
Ask Orbb uses AI to search through your saved bookmarks. Just type a question like "What was that recipe I saved?" and it will find relevant content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Orbb.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) and is only accessible to you. We never share your personal information with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. You can also email us at support@orbb.app.
How do I unlink my Instagram account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Unlink Instagram. This will disconnect Instagram DM saving. To also remove your data from Meta's end, go to your Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove Orbb.
I removed Orbb from Instagram. What happens to my data?
When you remove Orbb from your Instagram connected apps, we receive a data deletion request from Meta. Your Instagram connection will be unlinked and associated data will be removed. You can check your deletion status here using the confirmation code.
